    A3：Tuition fee payment instructions for new overseas students:
    New new students who are not in Taiwan should pay the tuition fee by international remittance. Please be sure to inform the bank to send the remittance in “full amount”. The detailed information for the bank is as follows:

    • Paid by ATM: go to the university portal system and download the payment slip→go to the ATM→insert the ATM card→insert password→select the other service→select interbank transfer→insert bank code→insert bank account no→insert the transfer amount→transfer.
    • Pay by Credit card:
