Q2: Can graduating students or super senior students apply it? |
A2: Yes. You can apply if you have the Student's Status. Because consider the problem of credits, the super senior students and non-graduates students can priority application. |

Q3: Do exchange students need to pay the tuition fees of their home institution or the host institution for the study program? |
A3: During the exchange period, students are still required to pay tuition fees to their home institution and maintain their enrollment there. In most cases, exchange programs with sister schools do not require payment of tuition fees to the host institution. However, there are a few schools where students may need to pay tuition fees or language course fees. |

Q4: Will the school assist with visa application and flight booking? |
A4: OIA Office will provide necessary administrative assistance regarding matters related to the exchange between the two schools. However, students are responsible for handling their personal matters related to overseas travel, including purchasing airline tickets and arranging visas. If you have any questions, you can visit the website of the Bureau of Consular Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or seek assistance from a travel agency. |

Q5: Can I change my preferences after submitting my application? |
A5: No, it is not possible. Once the application form is submitted, requests to change preferences cannot be accommodated. It is advisable for students to carefully review their choices before submitting the application form. |
