Application Form

• 請上傳最近 3 個月內脫帽半身正面之彩色大頭照。
  Upload your recent 2 inches x 2 inches bust photograph （taken within 3 months）

護照

Passport

• 無護照者，請上傳國籍身分證件。
  If applicants do not have a passport, you are required to upload your nationality identification document.
• 申請人如有居留證，請務必上傳。
  If applicants have a residence permit(ARC), make sure to upload it.

最高學歷或同等學力證明文件

Certificate of Highest Education Level or Equivalent Qualification

• 畢業證書如非中文或英文，需附上經公證之中文 或英文譯本。
  If the diploma certificate is not in Chinese or English, applicants should submit a notarized copy with a Chinese or English translation.
• 應屆畢業生請上傳在學證明。
  Applicants graduating in the current semester are required to upload the certificate of enrollment issued by the current school

歷年成績單

Transcript of Academic Records

歷年成績單如非中文或英文，需附上經公證之中 文或英文譯本。
If the transcripts are not in Chinese or English, applicants should submit a notarized copy with a Chinese or English translation.

財力證明

Financial Statement

• 財力證明，須於 3 個月內所開立。
  A Financial statement must be issued within the last three months.
• 須由金融機構出具本人足以支應在臺就學花費之財力 證明，帳戶餘額須達美金 3,000 元以上。
  A financial statement must be issued by a financial institution and demonstrate sufficient funds to cover the expenses of studying in Taiwan. The account balance must be at least USD 3,000.
• 若申請者本人無銀行帳戶，本校僅接受申請人以法定 親屬帳戶開立之財力證明替代之。申請者需另外檢附 與資助人之親屬證明並由資助人出具資助同意書，若 僅提供資助同意書，將視同未檢附財力證明。
  If the applicant does not have a bank account, the university will only accept a financial statement issued under the account of the applicant's legal relative as a substitute. The applicant must also provide proof of kinship with the sponsor and submit a sponsorship consent letter issued by the sponsor. If only a sponsorship consent letter is provided, it will be regarded as failing to submit proof of financial resources.
• 若提供政府、本校或民間機構之獎助學金證明，所獲 獎學金總額需達美金 3,000 元)。申請中之各類獎學金 申請表不能作為財力證明。
  If providing proof of scholarships or financial aid from the government, the university, or private organizations, the total amount of the awarded scholarship must be at least USD 3,000. Any kind of scholarship application form or scholarship still in the applying procedure cannot be used as a financial statement.
• 財力證明不得採用代辦、公司行號或個人開立證明。
  Financial Statement cannot be provided by agencies, companies, or individuals on behalf of the applicant.

語言能力證明

Language Proficiency Certificate

• 申請者需附英文能力檢定證明至少 CEFR B1。
  Applicants are required to provide an English proficiency certificate CEFR B1 or higher.
• 如符合以下條件，可提供相關證明，不須再繳交 語言測驗證明。
  Applicants applying to a program conducted in English (including English-taught programs and programs with sufficient English courses to satisfy graduation requirements) do not need to provide a certificate of language proficiency if:
  • 國籍為英語系國家，則無需出具任何文件。
    Applicants from English-speaking countries are not required to submit any documents.
  • 先前任一學位(含高中畢業證書)在英語系國家 取得，請提供您的畢業證書作為證明。
    If any of your previous degrees (including senior high school diploma) were from an English-speaking country, we will only require that you submit your graduation certificate. No further proof of English language proficiency will be required.
  • 先前任一學位(含高中畢業證書)為全英語授 課，請提供學校開具的證明文件。
    If any of your previous degrees (including senior high school diploma) were entirely taught in English, we will only require that you submit a certification provided by your previous university/high school.
  • 英語系國家請參考簡章附件三「官方語言及通用 語言為英語之國家名單一覽表」。
    For English-speaking countries, please refer to Appendix Ⅲ “The List of Nations with English as the Official or Common Language”.
