NTSU provides professional Mandarin teachers for instruction. In addition to regular Mandarin language learning, the curriculum includes cultural and outdoor activities. Currently, seasonal Mandarin courses are offered, with each session lasting 12 weeks. Classes are held Monday to Friday, with 3 hours of instruction each day, totaling 15 hours per week.
