1. To promote understanding of our culture among foreign students, enhance their interest in learning Chinese, express love for Taiwan, and share diverse perspectives, this competition is organized.

2. The event details are as follows:
   (1) Registration period: From September 1 to October 12, 2024.
   (2) Competition date: November 19, 2024 (Tuesday) starting at 10:00 AM.
   (3) Competition venue: Audiovisual Room, B1, Taiwan Music Hall, Taiwan Traditional Theatre Center (No. 751, Wenlin Road, Shilin District, Taipei City).

3. Registration for this event is only available via mail. Please carefully read the competition guidelines for registration details. Late submissions or incomplete information will not be notified for resubmission and will be considered invalid.

4. In case of a major natural disaster or unavoidable circumstances, the organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the competition. Relevant information will be announced on the official website under "Latest News" without further notice.
