一、為推廣臺灣文化及增進國際交流，中華民國大陸委員會與財團法人臺港經濟文化策進會共同主辦「第五屆港覺濠臺 IG 圖文徵選活動」，徵選期間自民國 114 年8月19日（二）至114年11月30日（日）23時59分59秒止。

二、本活動旨在鼓勵全球創作者透過圖文創作表達對臺灣的獨特見解與文化元 素，藉此推廣臺灣之美，促進臺港澳文化交流。

三、參賽資格：

（一）合法停留、居留、定居於臺之港澳人士，或來臺旅遊之港澳人士。

（二）參賽作品須為原創，且未曾於其他公開競賽獲獎。

（三）每位參賽者應以個人 Instagram 帳號報名，不得以團體或匿名方式報 名。

（四）投稿圖片至少 1 張、至多 5 張，不限尺寸；須以實拍原圖為主，可進 行亮度、對比等基本調整，但不得加入文字、icon、貼圖、插畫元素，亦不得 使用 AI 工具改圖、合成或生成影像。

四、獎項設置如下：

（一）首獎：新臺幣 5 萬元（1 名）

（二）貳獎：新臺幣 3 萬元（2 名）

（三）參獎：新臺幣 1 萬元（3 名）

（四）評審特別獎：新臺幣 8,000 元（2 名）

（五）最佳創意獎：新臺幣 7,000 元（2 名）

（六）優選：新臺幣 6,000 元（5 名）

（七）佳作：新臺幣 3,000 元（10 名）

五、敬請貴校協助宣傳並鼓勵相關師生踴躍參與，分享此活動資訊，讓更多人 了解並報名參加。

1. To promote Taiwan’s culture and enhance international exchange, the Mainland Affairs Council of the Republic of China and the Hong Kong–Taiwan Economic and Cultural Cooperation Association are co-organizing the 5th “Hong Kong–Macau–Taiwan IG Photo & Caption Contest.” The submission period runs from August 19, 2025 (Tuesday) to November 30, 2025 (Sunday) at 23:59:59 (Taiwan time).

2. The purpose of this event is to encourage creators worldwide to express their unique perspectives on Taiwan and its cultural elements through photos and captions. By doing so, the contest aims to promote the beauty of Taiwan and foster cultural exchange among Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau.

3. Eligibility:
   (1) Hong Kong and Macau residents who are legally staying, residing, or settled in Taiwan, or visiting Taiwan for travel.
   (2) Entries must be original works that have not received awards in any other public competition.
   (3) Each participant must register using an individual Instagram account. Group or anonymous submissions will not be accepted.
   (4) Submissions must include at least 1 and up to 5 photos of any size. Photos must be original shots; only basic adjustments (e.g., brightness, contrast) are allowed. Adding text, icons, stickers, illustrations, or using AI tools to modify, composite, or generate images is strictly prohibited.

4. Awards:
   (1) First Prize: NT$50,000 (1 winner)
   (2) Second Prize: NT$30,000 (2 winners)
   (3) Third Prize: NT$10,000 (3 winners)
   (4) Jury’s Special Award: NT$8,000 (2 winners)
   (5) Best Creativity Award: NT$7,000 (2 winners)
   (6) Merit Award: NT$6,000 (5 winners)
   (7) Honorable Mention: NT$3,000 (10 winners)
