跨文化交流晚會 We Are the World Cultural Night Performance

Do you want to have a chance to show your unique culture and music? OIA will held the international cultural Night on October 22 2026. We will also do our best to support you to have an unforgettable experience in Taiwan. Please fill the form if you'd like to perform.
 

Program Details

📆 Date:  October 22 (Thursday), 2026
🕒 Time:  18:00PM-21:00 PM
🏠 Location:  Innovation Building 1st Floor

⭐ Service Points (For International Students):

1. Performers: 10 Service Points for Each Performer

📌 Each Team MUST perform at least 5 minutes, and Maximum 10 minutes

🎯 Qualification:

  • Performance Teams: 5–6 teams (no limit on team size)
  • Performance Time: Each Team MUST perform at least 5 minutes, and Maximum 10 minutes

  • Note: Teams will be disqualified if OIA fails to contact the main person more than twice. Please ensure your team’s main contact is reachable.

Admission Announcement

📧 Notification: Results will be sent via your school Outlook email and announced in the LINE group. 

Activity Rules

  1. Every country has to register at least one group for this performance contest.
  2. Culture Night-Performer are allowed to use any language during the performance.
  3. The country with too fewer student, you can find the other country student to make a team with you.
  4. Within 3 working days after the event, participants must submit the report and photos in digital format via email to yanneseloo@mail.mcut.edu.tw. Only after submission can participants bring their Learning Passport to the OIA for service hour registration. Late submissions will not be accepted.
  5. The activity does not affect regular classes and no official leave will be granted. Activities are scheduled after class hours and on weekends, and participation is optional.
  6. Attendance requires proper sign-in and sign-out. Late arrival, early departure, or failure to attend the full event will result in no service hours being recognized.
  7. Service hour certification must be signed by OIA staff, with the event name, date, time, and hours clearly written in the passport. No alterations are allowed; corrections must be signed or stamped again by the certifier.
  8. Students must keep their passport safe. Lost passports without supporting proof will not be recognized for past activities.
  9. Matters not covered in these rules will follow university regulations. The Office of International Affairs reserves the right of final interpretation.
