| A2: The gifts provided by OIA Office are primarily intended for use in international exchange-related activities. If they are requested for other purposes, the office will assess the appropriateness and issue an appropriate quantity accordingly. |

| Step2: Submit the paper application form to Division of Global Cooperation and Exchange of OIA Office (It needs review and approval by the relevant department head.) |

| Q4: After the event/activity, do I need to provide any relevant documentation? |
| A4: Within 5 days after the event/activity ends, you are required to provide 2-3 event photos and a brief description of the exchange activity (approximately 50 words). |
