If the number of applicants in International Bachelor's Degree Programs (Business and Management International Bachelor's Degree Program, Industrial Design International Bachelor's Degree Program) does not reach twice the enrollment ratio, the application period will be extended to June 15, 2026. The schedule will be announced on the website of Admission Announcement additionally.
※本校上列外國學生專班之開班人數每班須達 12 人。若招生人數未滿 12 人,本校得不予開班。
The number of students in International Bachelor's Degree Programs is required to be at least 12 per class. If the number of students applying this program is less than 12, Ming Chi University of Technology has the right not to offer the program.

In order to protect your application rights, make sure to read the rules of this guideline carefully. - 錄取結果將公告於本校教務處網頁(https://aca.mcut.edu.tw/p/406-1007-43456,r1156.php?Lang=zh-tw)並以電子郵件通知,未於期限內回覆入學意願者,視為放棄錄取資格;錄取生有義務於報到後與本校保持聯繫,並依國際處規定之時間填報相關入學資料。本校將以電子郵件(rubychang@mail.mcut.edu.tw 或 oia@mail.mcut.edu.tw)作為主要聯絡方式;若經多次提醒仍未回覆學校所需資料或未依指示完成相關手續,將視為無就讀意願,本校得取消其入學資格。
The admission results will be announced on the university’s Office of Academic Affairs website (https://aca.mcut.edu.tw/p/403-1007-1123-1.php?Lang=en) and notified via email. Applicants who do not respond to the admission offer within the specified deadline will be considered to have forfeited their admission eligibility. Admitted students are required to maintain contact with the university after registration and submit all required admission documents within the timeframe specified by the Office of International Affairs.
The university will communicate primarily via email (rubychang@mail.mcut.edu.tw or oia@mail.mcut.edu.tw). In case of any discrepancy between the English translation and the original Chinese text, the Chinese text shall be prevailed.
入學語言能力門檻 Language Proficiency Requirements for Admission
- 申請者需附英文能力檢定證明至少CEFR B1。
Applicants are required to provide an English proficiency certificate CEFR B1 or higher. - 如符合以下條件,可提供相關證明,不須再繳交語言測驗證明。
Applicants applying to a program conducted in English (including English-taught programs and programs with sufficient English courses to satisfy graduation requirements) do not need to provide a certificate of language proficiency if:
- 國籍為英語系國家,請提供護照或國籍身分證件作為證明。
Applicants who are from countries use English as the Official or Common Language, please prove by submitting your passport or nationality identification document. - 先前任一學位(含高中畢業證書)在英語系國家取得,請提供您的畢業證書作為證明。
If any of your previous degrees (including senior high school’s diploma) was from an English-speaking country, we will only require that you submit your graduation certificate. No further proofs of English language proficiency will be required. - 先前任一學位(含高中畢業證書)為全英語授課,請提供學校開具的證明文件。
If any of your previous degrees (including senior high school’s diploma) was entirely taught in English, we will only require that you submit a certification provided by your previous university/high school. - 英語系國家請參考簡章附件三「官方語言及通用語言為英語之國家名單一覽表」。
For English-speaking countries, please refer to Appendix Ⅲ “The List of Nations with English as the Official or Common Language”.
財力證明基準 Financial Capability Requirements
- 財力證明,須於3個月內所開立。
A Financial statement must be issued within the last three months. - 須由金融機構出具本人足以支應在臺就學花費之財力證明,帳戶餘額須達美金3,000元以上。
A financial statement must be issued by a financial institution and demonstrate sufficient funds to cover the expenses of studying in Taiwan. The account balance must be at least USD 3,000. - 若申請者本人無銀行帳戶,本校僅接受申請人以法定親屬帳戶開立之財力證明替代之。申請者需另外檢附與資助人之親屬證明並由資助人出具資助同意書,若僅提供資助同意書,將視同未檢附財力證明。
If the applicant does not have a bank account, the university will only accept a financial statement issued under the account of the applicant's legal relative as a substitute. The applicant must also provide proof of kinship with the sponsor and submit a sponsorship consent letter issued by the sponsor. If only a sponsorship consent letter is provided, it will be regarded as failing to submit proof of financial resources. - 若提供政府、本校或民間機構之獎助學金證明,所獲獎學金總額需達美金3,000元)。申請中之各類獎學金申請表不能作為財力證明。
If providing proof of scholarships or financial aid from the government, the university, or private organizations, the total amount of the awarded scholarship must be at least USD 3,000. Any kind of scholarship application form or scholarship still in the applying procedure cannot be used as a financial statement. - 財力證明不得採用代辦、公司行號或個人開立證明。
Financial Statement cannot be provided by agencies, companies, or individuals on behalf of the applicant.

If an admitted student is found disqualified, or the certificates or document as part of their application for admission submitted to be forged, fabricated, or that has been altered in some way, shall have their enrollment eligibility revoked. If the student has already registered and begun classes, their registration as a current student shall be cancelled and they will not be awarded any certification whatsoever regarding their related academic undertakings. If any such circumstances are first discovered after a student has already graduated, the eligibility to graduate shall be revoked and any degree already awarded shall be required to return and rescind. - 錄取通知並不保證必定可取得入臺簽證,其審核仍依我國駐外機構決定。駐外機構可能要求申請人需另繳交中文或英文語言能力證書,詳情請洽當地臺灣辦事處。
The admission notice does not guarantee of issuance of a visa. A visa can be approved only by the Bureau of Consular Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs or Taiwan overseas missions. Some Taiwan overseas missions may require the applicants to submit the Chinese Language Proficiency (enrolling in Chinese-taught programs) or English Language Proficiency (enrolling in English-taught programs) for visa application. *本校學雜費的收取與退費標準,依據我國教育部相關規定辦理,並依學生實際辦理休學或退學的時間而定。詳情如下:
1. 於註冊日前(含當日)申請:無需繳費,若已繳費,將全額退還。
2. 於學期開始後至第6週內申請:退還已繳學雜費的約2/3。
3. 於學期開始第7週至第12週內申請:退還已繳學雜費的約1/3。
4. 於第13週(含)以後申請:不予退費。
*The collection and refund policies for tuition and miscellaneous fees at our university are implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education, Taiwan and are based on the actual time of the student’s temporary suspension or withdrawal. The details are as follows:
1. Before (or on) the registration date: No payment is required. If payment has been made, a full refund will be issued.
2. From the start of the semester to the end of the 6th week: Approximately 2/3 of the paid tuition and miscellaneous fees will be refunded.
3. From the 7th week to the end of the 12th week: Approximately 1/3 of the paid tuition and miscellaneous fees will be refunded.
4. From the 13th week onward: No refund will be provided.
學校獎助學金資訊 University Scholarships and Financial Aid Information
申請審查 Application Review
新生於申請入學時提出獎助學金申請,由各院提報境外學生獎助學金審查委員會審議;在校生則於當學期受獎期滿前,依國際事務處境外學生組獎助學金公告申請期限,由各院提報補助名單並經相關單位審核通過後,送境外生獎助學金審查委員會審議。
New students may apply for scholarships at the time of admission. Applications will be reviewed by the International Student Scholarship Review Committee upon recommendation by each college. For current students, applications should be submitted before the end of the award period in the given semester, in accordance with the application deadlines announced by the International Student Division of the Office of International Affairs. Each college will submit a list of recommended recipients, which will be reviewed and approved by the relevant units before being forwarded to the International Student Scholarship Review Committee for final evaluation.
適用對象 Eligibility
正式修讀本校學位之僑生(含港澳)、陸生、及外國學生,已受領我國政府機構之臺灣獎助學金、教育部相關補助計畫者及延修生不得提出申請。
Applicants must be overseas Chinese students (including those from Hong Kong and Macao), students from mainland China, or international students who are officially enrolled in a degree program at the University. Those who are currently receiving the Taiwan Scholarship or other subsidies from government agencies of Taiwan, as well as students with extended study status, are not eligible to apply.

續領獎學金基本資格規定The basic requirements for getting scholarship of next semester
自入學後第二學期起須每學期評核一次,符合以下所有標準者,始得續領獎學金。
From 2nd semester, you will be evaluated once every semester. You are required to meet the requirements as below for being granted the scholarship for next semester.

1. 學業成績Average Academic Score: 博士班與碩士班學生須達 B+(GPA 3.3);學士班學生須達 B(GPA 3)。 *已修完畢業學分者不在此限

2.所修學分Credit: 碩士班學生每學期必須至少修滿 6 學分;學士班學生每學期必須至少修滿9 學分。 *已修完畢業學分者不在此限 |

3. 操行成績Conduct Score (Behavior Score): 操行成績須達 80分(含)以上。 |

4. 獎懲紀錄Student Conduct Record: 學生當學期如有任何不良行為紀錄(包括3支申誡、小過或大過),獎助學金審查委員會得依其情節輕重,取消次學期受領獎助學金資格。 |

5. 服務學習點數 Service Learning Points: 每學期依所領獎學金類別,完成相應之服務學習點數,服務學習點數其餘規定依國際處當學期公告為準。 (1) 博士生及全額獎學金碩士生:須完成 40 點 (2) 半額獎學金碩士生及學士生:須完成 20 點 *境外生若曾有未完成服務學習點數之記錄,於完成所欠時數前,將不得申請後續學期之獎學金。 |
其他注意事項Other Reminders of Scholarship

1. 受獎助學生如於入學後辦理休、退學,即會失去受領本獎學金資格。 2. 受獎助學生須依國際事務處境外學生組規定繳交如:保險費等相關費用並完成註冊手續後,始得受領當學期之獎學金。 3. 其餘獎學金規定,悉依本校境外學生獎助學金實施辦法規定辦理,本校保留最終解釋權。 |
