The 2025 TOCFL (Test of Chinese as a Second Language) will hold the Listening and Reading Formal Test on March 15th/16th (Saturday/Sunday).

MCUT offers a subsidy for the test fee for Overseas Degree and exchange students. Each student is eligible for the NT 2,000 test fee support once per academic year during their study period at MCUT. Note that the minimum required test grade to qualify for the subsidy is A2.

To apply, please prepare photocopies of the following documents, and the OIA will assist with the application form:
- Front and back of your student card
- ARC or Passport
- The front page of your postal or bank passbook
- The test results (transcript) or certificate (a screenshot of online grades can be accepted, but the certificate or transcript must be submitted when available)
If you already hold a TOCFL certificate (issued within 2 years during your MCUT study period), you may directly apply for the test support by providing the required documents and visiting the OIA.
