一、為培育具備數位應用能力之國際專業人才，提升國際競爭力，數產署辦理「數位創新人才增能培育計畫」研習活動，透過線上課程、專題研習及企業參訪，培育產業所需之國際數位人才。研習全程免費，並提供完訓獎勵新臺幣8,000元。

二、研習期程：114年9月27日、10月18日、10月19日、11月1日等，詳見附件「2025年數位創新人才增能培育計畫研習申請須知」與計畫粉絲專業最新消息。

三、研習學員申請資格：

(一)學校資格：114學年度第一學期就讀於我國大專校院（含研究生及應屆畢業生），惟不包含在職專班學生。1.四年制大學、科技大學、技術學院三年級（含）以上在學生。2.二年制大學、科技大學、技術學院一年級（含）以上在學生。3.碩士班一年級（含）以上在學生。

(二)學員資格：1.具外籍生或僑生身分，並持有外僑居留證（不含陸、港、澳生）。2.不限學科背景，惟因名額有限，將優先錄取外籍生。

2025 Digital Innovation Talent Enhancement Program

1. To cultivate international professionals with strong digital application skills and enhance global competitiveness, the Administration for Digital Industries (ADI) is organizing the “Digital Innovation Talent Enhancement Program”. Through online courses, project-based workshops, and company visits, the program aims to nurture international digital talents needed by industries. Participation in the program is free of charge, and participants who complete the training will receive a completion incentive of NT$8,000.

3. Eligibility:

   (1) Academic Qualification:

   • Students enrolled in Taiwanese universities/colleges in the 2025 Fall Semester (including graduate students and recent graduates). Students in in-service/continuing education programs are not eligible.

     1. Undergraduate students in their 3rd year (or above) at four-year universities, universities of science and technology, or institutes of technology.

     2. Undergraduate students in their 1st year (or above) at two-year universities, universities of science and technology, or institutes of technology.

     3. Graduate students in their 1st year (or above).

   (2) Participant Qualification:

   • Must be an international student or overseas compatriot student holding an Alien Resident Certificate (ARC). (Applicants from Mainland China, Hong Kong, or Macau are not eligible.)

   • Open to students from all academic backgrounds; however, due to limited slots, international students will be given priority.
