Registration Information

Enrollment Information:

  • Enrollment/Registration Day
    All new students need to go to the Office of Academic Affairs (registration division) to complete the registration procedure at the beginning semester of September 11, 2023.
    New students are required to submit the following documents when come to complete the registration procedure:
    • The original copy of the diploma of the highest degree authenticated with official stamps by an R.O.C (Taiwan) embassy, consulate, economic and cultural office, representative office or other organizations authorized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Taiwan (Diploma in languages other than Chinese and English must be submitted with authenticated Chinese or English translation).
    • The original copy of the official transcript for all coursework (completed at the highest degree-granting institution) authenticated with official stamps by an R.O.C (Taiwan) embassy, consulate, economic and cultural office, representative office, or other organizations authorized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Taiwan (Diploma in languages other than Chinese and English must be submitted with authenticated Chinese or English translation).
    • Original Passport
    • Softcopy of 2inch color bust photo (taken within 6 months)
    • Original authorization letter

 

  • Alien Resident Certificates 
    All new students need to come to the Office of International Affairs to ask the information about ARC and the students who stay in the school dormitory need to come to the Office of International Affairs to get the accommodation certificate for applying the ARC.  For more information about alien resident certificates (ARC), please refer to our school ARC website.

 

  • Medical Insurance & Student Group Insurance
    All new students need to come to the Office of International Affairs to process Medical Insurance and Student Group Insurance. The medical insurance is 500NTD per month and the students need to pay 6 months in advance to the Office of International Affairs. The student group insurance is 230ntd per semester and needs to be paid to the cashiers. For more information about insurance, please refer to our school insurance website.

 

  • Health Check for new students
    All of the new students can do the health check on the first day of the beginning semester at school, the location will be at the gymnasium building 1st floor, and the health check fee is 500NTD.
    For the student who can't do the health check at the university on the first day of the beginning semester, you need to come to OIA to ask for the information of the clinic to do the health check.
