Office of International Affairs Gift Application System

1. The gifts provided by the Office of International Affairs are primarily designated for international exchange purposes. The type of gifts distributed will be determined based on the recipient's position and the nature of the event.

2. Please complete the gift application by filling out the Google form at least one week before the event. 

3. If the exchange type falls under "MCUT staff and faculty visiting abroad for international academic exchange" or "Overseas scholars visiting MCUT for international academic exchange," an additional Gift Application Form for Foreign Guests must be completed.
